On 15th March, The Academy Awards, popularly known as The Oscars released the nominations for the films released in 2020. The Oscar Award Ceremony is going to be held on 26th April which will decide the fate of these nominations. The nominations list, this year, has been by far the most diversified one. It enrolled Asian films, American films, European films to its list. Due to Covid-19, most of these artistic pieces failed to see the light in theatres and were mostly released/watched over the streaming platforms. While many might not be happy with the choices Academy made this year, but we see a ray of hope in it.
