Beautifully Crafted!
The prominence of a great actor or movie comes from the inhibition to play characters with a sense of being carefully careless in their respective roles and Borat embodied it in a way which is Sacha Baron Cohen’s exclusive satirical portrayal of characters like Borat, Bruno, Admiral General Aladeen and even Ali G.
This mockumentary is allegedly so in-your-face that it makes the viewers ponder over the widely accepted yet extremely vague practices that are prevalent in our society. It breaks the spine of those preconceived notions of patriarchal prosperity and definition of democracy in general. The determination of Cohen is almost identical to the first iteration of the Borat which was released 14years ago and has aged like wine.
The Redemption of Borat!
The shenanigans of Borat made him a household name across the globe except for the native land of Kazakhstan which was extremely furious with Borat’s last visit and for that he is sent to Gulag the prison. The infamous Borat gets a chance by the Kazakhstani government to undo the wrongdoings of the last visit by making sure Borat goes to the USA again.
The times have changed for this simple man and USA is in the tattered state politically, people’s recognition of Borat and changing attires with a gracefulness which can be done only by Sacha Baron Cohen.
Irina Nowak knocks it out of the Park!
The co-lead with Cohen is Irina Nowak who artistically transformed into Borat’s daughter with ease and the script made sure that the dialogues, which are already lesser in a mockumentary, are distributed with equality and capacity. The film never tries to encash the credibility of Cohen only as it made sure that equivalent dialogues and scenes are given to the co-lead who did just to begin Borat’s daughter.
The character arc of Tutar played by Irina is a pulchritudinous portrayal of a girl understanding life and it’s valued while his father is the sheer opposite. The verbal collision between them is hilarious to the extent of bursting your appendix.
Mocking the Elite Group while Punching Down!
Michael Pence and Donald Trump are one of the untouchables in the current political scene of USA and Borat obliterated them and their political opinions while taking a jab at their personal perversions. Sacha Baron Cohen has balls of steel as his mockery has no limits to it. He engages in a situation and takes it to another level as you will see in this abysmal laughing spree. Rudy Giuliani the former mayor of NYC deals with this in a first-hand experience with Sacha and Irina.
Kevin Spacey and other famous celebrities were shown a mirror to reflect their respective real and reel life role. The impersonation of Trump and sabotaging the Michael Pence conference required an immense amount of talent and guts to make sure he is left flabbergasted!

The pseudo-secularism, feminism, nationalism, capitalism and other stereotypical prejudices are never safe from Cohen’s mockery and in order to achieve it, he will go to any lengths possible.
