Spoiler Alert
Why did Adam and Sama part ways?
Adam was a good, simple, nerdy guy, and often such guys fail to impress girls. The best thing about Adam was that he didn’t want to be loved by the entire world, but he did want to be close to that one woman whom he considered his world. Sama was the love of Adam’s life, and he was very serious about their relationship. Now, Adam was the kind of guy who didn’t have a lot of expectations from life, and he was content with what he had. He believed he had the best girls in the whole world, and he couldn’t ask for more. But Sama wasn’t like him. She too loved him, but the prospect of being married to a guy and spending her entire life with him felt claustrophobic to her. Probably that was the reason they never really talked about marriage. But then one day Adam decided to propose to Sama, and he was pretty sure that she would say yes. He took her out on a date and made all the arrangements. But the moment he got down on his knee and told Sama what he wanted, he got the biggest shock of his life. Sama just ran away from the restaurant, and after that day he never saw her. Here, Sama could be considered a villain, but I don’t think that she was a bad person. The only mistake she committed was to not tell Adam what was on her mind and how she felt trapped by just thinking about spending her entire life with one man. Sama wanted to see the world; she wanted to live her life, and she didn’t want to compromise with it. But had she dealt with the entire situation a little better, then probably Adam wouldn’t have felt so bad. Breaking up and getting ditched changed Adam to the core. From being a nerd, spending all his time at his home, Adam became a party animal. He dated multiple girls after Sama left but made sure that he never got attached to them. But then one day his boss came to him with a proposal that he didn’t know was going to change his life forever.
How did Adam get attached to Yasmine?
Adam’s boss, Mr. Jabir, wanted him to get married to his daughter, Yasmine. Apparently, back in the day, Jabir and Adam’s parents, who happened to be very close friends, had decided to get their kids betrothed. Yasmine and Adam spent a lot of time together in their childhood, and the latter didn’t like Yasmine at all. Yasmine used to bully him, because of which he often addressed her as a monster. Yasmine used to be a chubby kid, and so Adam had that image of her in his mind. But when he went to meet her, he was a bit surprised. Yasmine had changed, just like Adam, and he couldn’t deny that he found her quite attractive. But that was not enough for Adam to agree to the marriage. Fortunately, even Yasmine didn’t want to get married to him, which was a blessing in disguise. But Adam and Yasmine had to put up an act for Jabir, as he was a stubborn man, and they knew that until he had a very strong reason, he wouldn’t back out. To make matters messier, Sama returned to Adam’s life, as she had realized that nobody could love her more than Adam. She felt even more guilty as she presumed that Adam never dated any girl after she left. Adam also entertained her because, truth be told, she still mattered to him. He didn’t know if it was love or just the eagerness to finally have what he’d wanted for a really long time. Adam did not tell Yasmine about Sama, and neither did he inform Sama what his boss wanted him to do. There were times when Adam had to juggle both the women. He could have at least told Yasmine about Sama, as both of them had decided to be just friends. But he didn’t, and that caused all the chaos. Adam’s friend Talaal was sick and tired of dealing with the women, and he just wanted Adam to tell them the truth. To make matters worse, Sama chose Yasmine to be her wedding planner, and even at that time, both the women weren’t aware about being associated with the same man.
Sama had a chat with Yasmine, and the latter asked her about what kind of marriage she wanted to have, how many guests were going to come, and if she was planning to go on a honeymoon on the same night. That interaction made Sama realize that she still felt claustrophobic at the mere thought of marriage. She still wanted to travel and live her life on her own terms. She didn’t want marriage to become an obstacle in her path. Meanwhile, Adam and Yasmine got attached to each other. She cared for him, and he laughed like a kid when he was in her company. In fact, both of them were alike in more than a few ways, and Yasmine just couldn’t deny the bond that developed between them almost effortlessly. In fact, Yasmine went out of her way and did things to make up for how she treated Adam in their childhood. She felt bad when Adam told her that he’d stopped singing altogether because she made him feel self-conscious. Before Adam and Yasmine could realize it, the blunder had been committed, i.e., they had grown fond of each other to the point where they felt they were in love.
Who Did Adam End Up Marrying?
Yasmine got to know that it was Adam who was going to get married to Sama in the worst possible manner. Adam should have gone and told both the ladies the kind of conflict he was experiencing. But he didn’t, and in fact, he had almost finalized the bizarre plan of marrying them both, hoping that they wouldn’t get to know about it. Deep down, he also knew that he was just being delusional and that the truth would come out in the open eventually. Yasmine was talking to Sama and discussing certain details about her wedding when she got to know that Sama’s fiance was also named Adam. That piece of information piqued Yasmine’s interest, and she asked Sama if she could see a picture of him. Yasmine was shocked and heartbroken, and she couldn’t imagine that Adam could lie to her so blatantly. The next day Adam came to meet Yasmine, not knowing that she knew the truth. At the same time, Yasmine got a call from Sama, who told her that she was calling off her wedding because she still didn’t want to get married.
Adam had to try really hard to convince Yasmine to get married, and rightly so. Adam deserved that anger from Yasmine’s end, because he could have handled things in a better manner. But Yasmine finally gave in, though she gave Adam a piece of her mind and warned him to never do that again. Adam and Yasmine had the most amazing wedding, and I believe in that moment Adam would have realized why it never worked out with anybody else. Adam and Yasmine were meant for each other, and so the universe conspired in strange ways and in the end brought them together.
